How to approach this practice

  1. Move with your breath.

Let each stretch be slow and intentional. Inhale to find length, exhale to release a little deeper.

  2. There is nothing to prove.

You are not here to become more flexible for anyone else. You are here to give your body the care it deserves.

  3. Pain is not the goal.

A gentle, held stretch is enough. If something feels sharp or forced, soften it. Rest is the intention.

Why stretching supports rest

Gentle stretching can help release physical tension held in the shoulders, hips, and lower back. It also encourages slower breathing, which signals to your nervous system that it is safe to shift out of “go mode” and into recovery.

"You do not need to earn your rest. You are allowed to stop before you break."
