Berry, Seed & Coconut Overnight Oats

5 min prep · overnight rest

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150–200 g Greek yogurt or skyr
  • 80–100 ml unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin or hemp seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries, raspberries or mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Small handful of walnuts or almonds
  • Cinnamon or vanilla to taste

How to make it

Mix the oats, yogurt, milk, chia and flaxseed together. Gently stir in the berries and leave overnight in the fridge. Add the nuts, seeds and coconut on top before eating.

Why it works: Berries provide antioxidants and fibre, while seeds and nuts add omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and healthy fats.

Small tip

“Want more protein? Simply add a scoop of natural protein powder or some extra Greek yogurt.”
